I would recomend Dr. Dixon to anyone! He is professional, knows his stuff, and does great work. The office and staff are very kind and easy to work with. He performed a root canal and crown for me and it turned out perfect.

I am leaving the original review because I am still impressed with the doctor, but I am extremely frustrated with office staff not being able to figure out my insurance preauthorization. I came to this office in the first trimester of my pregnancy and now I am in my third trimester with still no answer as to why I have not able to get a cleaning. I have spoke to office and insurance many times. I have sent emails before with no response and I have called to leave a voicemail with no call back as well. It is hard to not think I am getting the run around.

I went to a totally different office that was able to do a cleaning the same day. original review below - I wanted to write a 5 star review about this place before I even went because I loved everyone over the phone! The doctor and team are absolutely wonderful. I appreciate all the compassion and care I received! I found my dental home.

Excellent and friendly staff, very caring Dentist! I am not the easiest patient, but I appreciated how understanding they were. Had kind of a rough procedure and was thoroughly impressed when Dr. Dixon himself called me that evening to see how I was doing. Totally worth driving in to Salt Lake from Tooele to get such good care. Thank you, Dr. Dixon and to your entire staff.

I had a great experience at City Center Dental! Dr. Dixon and his staff, especially the dental hygienist (I forgot her name, unfortunately) were extremely kind and thorough! I appreciate them taking the time to educate me on things I can do to improve my oral health without making me feel silly or stupid! I highly recommend coming here!
