Took of work for getting a tooth removed, went to Biebly Rd office where they just told me appointment was. Got there just to find out that office is closed and my appointment was at the Boudinot office. NOT GOOD COMMUNICATION AT ALL with the scheduler. As far as Dr. Harper, I have never had an issue with him. He is a good doc!

The most unbelievably RUDE staff member. They Stopped payment on a refund check they sent me for over payment. Thus causing me to pay money out of my own pocket to my bank. Called for over 2 weeks trying to reach the “office manager”. She wouldn’t return my call. Ended up correcting their mistake and refunding my money. But NO way would I ever give them my money again.

Referral to go to Lawrenceburg location for extraction and implant. Implants only done in Western Hills it turns out. But mostly the place was gross. Dentist chair from 70s peeling and broken, floors not clean looking, just generally don't seem to care about impression or cleanliness. Made me concerned about attention to detail. Since they left me waiting I had time to reconsider so I did.

I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly and personable. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Harper did a great job. He even called me later on the day of my surgery to see how I was doing. Excellent care!
