Our daughter has been seeing Dr. Haffner since she was little, and we wouldn't dream of using a different pediatric dentist. It is obvious how much she cares for her patients, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. GREAT DENTAL PRACTICE!!!

Dr. Haffner and staff are very disorganized and rude. First visit was good, no complaints. She was nice and listened, etc. Second visit both kids get teeth cleaned and then we sit to chat and she talks to me about putting in a wire spacer for my 6 year old.
Her staff was trying to get a quote for me to get it done, etc. They can't figure anything out so she says we can go ahead and measure her for it now. I said ok. She has her staff start walking my daughter back. I am still trying to work with the guy who doesn't know how to work the computer to get a quote, etc.
I tell my son to go with her and they wouldn't let him so I said well I am going you figure out the computer and bring it to me. I am not letting my 6 year old go to a back room by herself. They start making fun of me for wanting to be with my daughter. Then we get back there and they are hooking her up to oxygen and I asked why because I think we are measuring for the spacer so why does she need oxygen she then proceeds to tell me that know they are giving her laughing gas because they are pulling 2 teeth. Horrible communication!! Very scary!!! They left my daughter by herself in the room several times, thankfully I was there to hold her hand even though they continued to make fun of me for having to be back there until the moment I walked out the door!!!! Never again!!

Dr. Haffner is a dedicated and honest dentist and in our last 12 years with her, we have only received excellent care. Although we live 30 minutes away from her office, I am happy to make the drive to see her 2+ times a year because she is that good and because she has gained my trust and respect. My kids have grown up playing and watching movies in the tree house in her waiting room, are members of the no cavity club and appreciate the goody bag that they receive after each visit.
My kids will continue to see Dr. Haffner until they no longer need pediatric dental care.
