We like it here. We came from another office where they told me that my daughter had some many cavities. We came here and they did a thorough cleaning and there was not cavities at all. Now my four years son is also coming here and he is so comfortable with all the staff.

First visit was today. Incredible experience! My daughter said they were gentle and thorough and we were in and out. Every single person we encountered was thoughtful and amazing.

Another great experience at this office. Great service, the front reception ladies were real nice. The back assistant and hygienist were nice did everything very thorough, the hygienist really answered every question. The Doc was quick with my 2 year old. Thank you !!

Can I rate it a ZERO?!!! My son chipped his front tooth. I called and explained the situation, and though the office close to our house was closed, they said they could get me in the Cumming office. It was an hour drive, but front tooth, so kinda important. Upon arrival (10 min early), when we go back, the technician says, “Oh the Dentist won’t be able to see you today. ” I about flipped out.
I drove an hour, then waited 45 minutes to see the Dentist, NEVER SAW HER, then had to drive an HOUR HOME!!!!! The technician blamed it on the “call center” booking appointments. I was EXTREMELY upset. Still am super frustrated. Dropping the ball on a LOT of core values on this one!! (See photo!!)
