I Made an appointment at 8am to be first of the day to get in and out so my daughter didn’t miss too much school and didn’t upset her sensor issues. She was not taken back for 15 minutes and the appointment took a total of 80 minutes. They also will not allow a parent to be in the back which has concerned me. My daughter reported to me she spent much of the time sitting along waiting between X-rays, cleaning and then a full 20 minutes waiting for the doctor.

This office needs to do better with scheduling. And if they can’t handle the influx they need to add more staff.

I was very disappointed with our experience at Children’s Dental. I was not allowed to accompany my child during his cleaning, despite explaining that he has anxiety. The front desk staff still refused, which was upsetting. Additionally, the dentist quickly recommended a crown without taking the time to clearly explain the reasoning. I sought a second opinion at another practice, where I was told a crown was unnecessary—especially since the tooth in question is a baby tooth, has no cavity, and only shows early signs of enamel hypoplasia.

The new dentist recommended simply monitoring the tooth. Based on this experience, we will not be returning. I'm very dissatisfied with the care and communication we received.

I was yet again disappointed with my experience here. When we arrived for my sons appointment to have his braces removed, I was presented with a form to sign stating that his braces would be removed for non compliance and failure to meet appointments and failure to meet financial obligations. First, we were never informed at any time that the braces would be removed for anything other than my son’s teeth were now in the position they needed to be. This was the first time ever hearing anything about non compliance.

We never had any financial delays or outstanding bills and the appointments missed were due to the fact that for a significant period of time, almost a year, your office would not pick up calls or return phone calls after I tried for months to reach the office. On two occasions your office turned us away when we showed up for appointments because the appointments were scheduled on the wrong days. I refused to sign the paperwork presented to me and ended up speaking with one of the doctors who was conciliatory and issued a new form that I finally signed, after explaining the majority of missed appointments were due to lack of response from YOUR OFFICE. I have never been so frustrated by a medical office in my life (over several years) and would NEVER recommend this office to anyone else and I’m not sure how you keep the clients you have.

I’m aware many of your clients are low income and it seems like your office has treated them like they don’t matter, which unfortunately they may be used to. If my son was not so close to having his braces removed we would have been gone a year ago.
