I have visited this location for dental service, and getting an appointment is very challenging. But managed to get one. The front desk staff is very nice and accommodating. The parking lot is very small, and it's difficult to get in and get out of this place. It is located opposite the main street at Exton. The care provided at this location is good and satisfying.

I drive for 45 minutes after school to accommodate my daughters appointment, scheduled at 4:30pm. I get there at 4:40, due to traffic, and the front office receptionist was so incredibly rude, as if i was inconveniencing her sitting in an air conditioned office processing paperwork for 8 hours a day. Then they tried to set another appointment without any communication with me.

Perhaps meant to be a nice gesture, but other people have schedules too. Totally unprofessional, treat their customers like garbage, front office staff seemingly can't wait to leave despite barely doing work.

Today was horrible! We spent two hours in the office! The appointment was at 3:30pm they didn’t take my son back until 4 and we didn’t leaving until 5:30! The front desk person stated they were running behind for the entire day, I feel like a phone call would have been nice to honestly ask us to reschedule! I was told multiple times that my son was going to be done in 10 mins. . I was told this for 45 mins! I canceled his appt for next Wednesday in hopes that the downingtown office is not as much of a disaster.

On top of this, it’s barely any parking to have so many people scheduled at the same time was INSANE! We had to park by the firehouse down behind the office. I wasn’t pleased at all!

Called to make an appointment on June 16th and was directed to their website. Once I made the appointment on the website, they texted me 3 days later to tell me that the "office was closed". Then I received another text message to disregard. I called and provided insurance information for my daughter and texted it as an extra precaution to ensure that we are in network. They assured me on the phone that they would take care of everything and reach out if there were any issues. Upon arrival with my daughter we were called up to the front counter and spoke with the receptionist who was also helping someone else at the same time.

She was asking us both questions at the same time - myself and the other person were very confused as to who she was speaking to. Very unprofessional. After getting checked in we sat down and waited for 45 minutes just to be called up and be told that our insurance is not valid. They then said I could pay $350 out of pocket for an annual check up for my child but all the dentists are out to lunch so I'd have to wait until the afternoon. What if there was no issue with my insurance- would I be waiting until the afternoon anyway? Feels as if this issue was fabricated because they overbooked themselves simply did not want to admit it. I called the insurance company and my provider to verify what I already knew.

. . That I have insurance (which I have had for the last 20 years). Took the day off for this dentist appt for my toddler.
