Great staff. Very friendly and they explain everything as they go along. My 8 yr Old was very nervous and they made her very comfortable and she’s no longer scared to go to the dentist.

Dr. Pieters is an amazing dentist and person. Her work is impeccable. She cares for each patient the way she would if it was her own family, or her own mouth! She strives for perfection and doesn't settle for anything less.
I had the pleasure of working with her for just about 8 years before having to relocate to Illinois. All of my family still sees Dr. Pieters for all of their dental needs, and I wouldn't want it any other way.

When I first went to Dr. Pieters, I raved to many people how wonderful this office was. The service was excellent and I was able to get in fairly quickly when I needed. I loved it there at the time. I left this office several years ago because it was costing me too much money to go there. I had a tooth that started hurting after my filling with Dr. Pieters. I went back to the office at least 4 times. I felt like my pain was brushed off lightly as sensitivity (I've never had sensitive teeth in my life).
I ended up having to require a root canal at my own cost at a time when I was recovering from surgery (i couldn't drive, in pain, and had lots of financial burdens at the time. ) Dr. Pieters admitted and apologized that her office had caused my tooth to require the root canal. I had a crown placed by Dr. Pieters on a different tooth that kept falling off. I was offered a refund or have a new crown placed on a different tooth (31) that was not bothering me. I felt like Dr. Pieters and her office was trying to talk me into having the crown on tooth 31 so as to avoid a refund. I declined.
Here it is 3-4 years later. I just had a filling with my current dentist on tooth 31. I told my dentist my experience with Dr. Pieters's office. He was very professional but I could tell he was surprised at the suggestion of a crown on tooth 31. Dr. Pieters and her office are nice, but for the sake of my financial health I would not go back. It cost me quite a bit of money. I cannot recommend her office like I did before

Dr. Mystie Pieters is an exceptional dentist with a desire to ensure your happiness with results. In this day and age of being a number in an office; it is quite the contrary when you arrive for your appointment. Her staff is professional, kind, and always going beyond for your comfort.
Please schedule an appointment with her if you are looking for a dentist that meets and exceeds expectations at every visit. You will not be disappointed.
