You wait almost a full year to get an appointment, and when it’s finally a few days away, they call to reschedule for another 3/4+++ months because the dentist is not in. If they are understaffed or whatever the case may be, might as well not accept new patients. This is negligence.

If you were a health official in New York, your first decision would be to close this filthy place and lock up all its workers. I have seen the worst of everything in this garbage center. It is a disrespectful place and all the employees are disrespectful. Please close this place

I had a good experience with the dentist assistant and with the dentist as well. However, there is a light skin woman in the front desk that is horrible. I was shocked to see her mean and rude demeanor with the patients. Her rudeness comes out of nowhere. She shouldn't be handling people at the front desk of a doctor's office.

Please please please get rid of the whole front desk staff!! They have horrible attitudes and constantly hang up on people. They even shut the phone off!!! This is sad because people are in pain and they’re ignoring them. Last time I went to that office (almost a year ago) I saw them ignoring the phone and they were speaking very wrongly in Spanish about a dark skinned woman.
I am going to call and write a letter to their headquarters. Get rid of these horrible nasty women!!!
