Beyond at a loss of words. After the attitude of this super unprofessional I have now had thousands of dollars in corrective work done because if this place. They ground down my teeth to make their crown fit thus creating another problem with another tooth. They harvest insurance with shoddy work. They ignore treatment plans and complain about your insurance. They get a attitude with you and toss you their folder because they think people like me wouldn’t do anything about it.

Well this is the start of correcting this as Warning anyone who wants fixed teeth here. They also ignored all my concerns and now have translucent enamel. I am now seeking counsel with a malpractice lawyer. They created more dental problems than i came in with. And going to another Dentist they found leftover filling work between my teeth that caused even further problems now in my gums. A doctor is sworn to do no harm but mentally and physically i was harmed.

Do not let that kind face fool you. All those people at the desk too need to be flipping burgers. How dare any of them allow a dentist to operate in this capacity. Best part is my new dentist is and has been documenting the horror show that was done with my teeth. Do not use this dentist if you need anything fixed.

I wish I would have chose them when I first moved to the area! I had a dental emergency, called and was gotten in that same day and the whole thing was taken care of within a weeks time, if I would have stayed with my other Dentist I would still be waiting, in high discomfort and not smiling. The whole staff is very polite, helpful, friendly and professional.

Dr Henrie is now our family dentist.

I switched from Aspen Dental because I was unhappy with their lack of customer service and in-and-out, next customer mentality. I loved going to the Dentist growing up. I nearly went to school for this just because all the hygienists at my old office were always so happy and wonderful. Unfortunately I had to move away. Dr.

Henrie's office brought that back. I had a wonderful visit. The hygienist was talkative, friendly, and very informative on everything she was doing. Happy to have a family dentist office again!

Autumn Heiden-Smith

I used to have good things to say about this Dentist from the first time I met him until I made the mistake of actually having a problem w/my cleaning that was done. I nicely brought to their attention the problem & was set a different appointment to go back to see different hygienist. Only to have her leave the room & come back w/Dr Henrie at which time he told me he did not know what I wanted which I replied “a proper cleaning” and he replied with he did NOT think his office could help me and I needed to just go find a different dentist.

What the hell kind of customer service is that. So I paid for an improper cleaning to never get it fixed right & was told to go somewhere else. That is some TERRIBLE customer service!! Never have I been treated like that from an office that was at fault in the first place! If you go there I would NOT complain about anything!
