Dr. Kyle R. Jackson is a phenomenal pediatric dentist! My son has been seeing him since he was a toddler, and now he’s a teenager — and we’ve had nothing but exceptional care over the years. Dr. Jackson is always on point: professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind with his patients. One of the highlights of every visit? His fun, themed socks! It’s a little detail that adds a delightful razzle dazzle to the experience and shows just how approachable and personable he is.

The staff at Centerville Pediatric Dentistry is just as wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the whole office runs smoothly. My 3 year old daughter had her first dental appointment with this office and it was great! Everyone from check in, our hygienist, Dr Morgan, and check out was kind and took the very best care of my daughter.

We were also able to get in within a week and that’s even as a new patient! We are thrilled with our experience and staff at this office! Thank you to everyone who made my daughter’s visit a great one today!

This was our 3rd dentist we got an opinion from and I cannot speak highly enough of this office. From the moment you walk into the office it is kid friendly. The office staff is exceptional and so kind and helpful. They were efficient but didn’t make me feel rushed. Kasey was absolutely wonderful.

I had talked with her over the phone as well as in the office and she went above and beyond for hearing me out and getting us taken care of! Dr. Bhatti was so lovely too! He listened to me and made me feel heard and really took the time to explain all of the potentials for my 4 year olds surgery. I am so thankful for a team of people that you can tell they care. They are exceptional at pediatric care from the waiting room, the toys, the tvs on the ceiling and in the rooms, all of it makes for a wonderful experience.

Dr Jackson is amazing. We first met at Keep Smiling kids in Beavercreek. We will not be coming back to the centerville location though. Not at all disabled friendly. No chairs for disabled or obese people to sit safely. One couch that was sturdy and safe for my bad knees (bone on bone) but was taken up by children. The tufts are too low and the “chairs” are not sturdy.

Back in exam room there was one very short block to sit on maybe 12 inches off ground. I’m 5’9” Had I sat I would’ve not been able to get up. This is a pediatric office but children have parents that are disabled. Very embarrassing and emotional visit. Then there was some confusion upon checking out and paying the bill and I felt the staff at the desk were rude. I know I was not in the best mood and being treated a bit kinder definitely would have helped.
