Founded in 1955, its origins trace back to a collaborative effort by local unions to establish accessible medical services, initially known as the Union Miners Building, Inc. Today, Centerville Clinics serves as a vital healthcare provider for the entire community across Fayette, Greene, and Washington counties in Pennsylvania, with a network of 11 community medical, dental, and Behavioral Health offices. Their behavioral health services include assessment, case management, outpatient mental health counseling and medication management, student assistance programs, telepsychiatry, partial hospitalization, psychological evaluations, and behavioral health rehabilitation services. They also operate a Black Lung Clinic program, addressing the unique pulmonary health needs of the region. The Joseph A. Yablonski Memorial Clinic, specifically, is one of Centerville Clinics' key locations in Fredericktown, PA, named in honor of one of the organization's founders.
