Other than being told to get there by 11 and not being seen until nearly 12. . . everything about my experience past that was great. The team I had prepping me for surgery were very friendly and helped calm me down. I didn't talk Dr Pittman really but he seems nice. . . for a dentist 😂 jk I am terrified of anything teeth related due to a childhood experience.
. . but he's team was fantastic. I have very little pain with the wisdom t extraction and it was nice of them to call and check on me after a few days. 9/10 recommend. . . waiting for nearly an hour is why it's not a 10/10

My son and daughter both recently had their wisdom teeth out by Dr Pittman. He and his staff were excellent in explaining the procedure and all around it including meds and home care after. Both had successful recoveries and are very happy with the professional service provided.

I am self pay and spent over $600 with them- they took $200 of payment for a wisdom tooth I didn’t get pulled. I was promised a check for repayment in the mail but I never received it, it’s been 3 weeks almost. When I call they just keep saying they will mail it out or it has been mailed out and it has not. The doctor joked about keeping that payment the day of the procedure and I am realizing it was not a joke. I was also charged 3x for anesthesia.
The ladies there at the front desk/phones have been very unhelpful and have lied to me the whole time. He also kept me in the waiting area for my follow up appt for 30 minutes, forgetting me and going into another procedure making me late to another appt next door. Awful experience, will never return.

Staff is very friendly and caring. Procedure was quick and smooth. Post care instructions were clear, staff listened to our concerns, and staff called to follow up. Highly recommend this practice.
