Dr Safian is a good dentist. He and his staff are awesome. I've had such bad luck with dentists in the past, with this guy no way. He and his staff are very nice. Would definitely recommend and thanks to my co worker who recommended him and to Lighthouse Dental. Thank you . Would definitely go back if I needed an oral surgeon. If anyone needs an oral surgeon, go to this guy.

Great experience- the staff was wonderful. They explained all aspects of the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. I was amazed how fast my wisdom teeth were extracted. Minimal pain after the procedure as well. Could not recommend a practice more!!!!

I recently went in for an extraction with Dr. Safian, and the ease of the procedure exceeded my expectations. The tooth was out before I even realized it. Remarkably, I experienced no swelling, pain, discomfort, or bleeding afterward. It was like magic. I am beyond happy with Dr. Safian's work and highly recommend his services.

Staffing was horrible - 0 stars !!! If you want to handle your own medications and try to get it approved yourself by all means; if not GO ELSEWHERE Front desk especially Mary and January, other staff that I didn’t get names for. I would never recommend this office to anyone ever. Situation started because of controlled substance medication that’s was ORDERED by the provider office (I didn’t ask for it). An Authorization was required by my insurance, I reached out to this office to check the status on it. I was then informed by staff they DO NOT handle authorization; it’s a PATIENTS RESPONSIBILITY to do so. I called in the insurance company PER staff’s order. While on the phone with the insurance company , the representative advised me this ISNT a patient responsibility nor something a patient can do. The office staff has information that a patient will never know, ended up doing a 3 way call.

I informed the staff of the situation and she then told me she doesn’t understand why I’m calling when I was advised they don’t handle authorization. I don’t even know why you need this medication, you should be just fine. Long story short the staff then proceeded to be rude to me and the representative. The representative was informing the team that authorization has to be done by the staff and the staff hung up on us. The representative transferred her call to her supervisor to further assist with this process. while on the call, the staff refused to help him because my name has legally changed. Even though I informed the staff on Monday when she called to confirm my appointment. Within 10 minutes of that call the office called me 4 times to ask me if my name has changed, I informed her it was as I also informed the lady on Monday.

January then informed me that they NORMALLY don’t handle authorization and is my responsibility. At this point I was fed up and informed her of the staff’s rude comments and unwillingness to help do an authorization for a medication that was prescribed by the provider. Also at this point I’ll pay out of pocket for this medication. I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor and informed me that there’s no supervisor and don’t have one. But she will try to figure out the authorization since she’s just coming in to this at the end.
