By far the worst dental experience of my life! Dr. Orphanos couldn't even be bothered to discuss a treatment plan with me like Dr. Prusakowski had said he would. Instead he just sent his assistant in to have me sign for what he wanted to do. When asked if the doctor was coming to talk, the assistant said that she was told he had already done that.

I guess he feels like he can just make the decisions for his patients. Then I was VERY clear multiple times that I have a bad phobia of needles and he completely ignored me. I told him to just do the novacaine and not talk about it, but instead he kept explaining everything he was doing. At that point I had a full on panic attack and he just kept telling me to "calm down, it's no big deal," even after I told him multiple times that he was not helping. I had to keep telling him to leave the room because he kept coming back in to tell me to relax and he was making things much worse.

Truly did not listen to me at all. I made him stop and I left with him only having done the novacaine. I will have my work done with a doctor that doesn't mind actually talking to and listening to their patients, instead of someone that just does what they want and refuses to listen.
