I visited this clinic and saw Dr. Thomey for a regular cleaning for the first time in September, 2019. Dr. Thomey was covered under my insurance plan and I paid my copay with the receptionist after the visit. In January of 2020, I received a bill for $330 for the visit.

I called the clinic to understand if there was some sort of confusion and spoke with Vera. I have never been spoken to so poorly in my entire life. She was extremely rude and short and continued to talk over me during the entire call. I then talked with my insurance company who confirmed that the clinic had billed me incorrectly, as the claim was already processed and paid out. The insurance company communicated this back to the dental office and told me to disregard the bill.

A month later, in Feb of 2020, I received the bill again for $330. After talking with my insurance company again, they confirmed for the second time, that the dental office had billed me incorrectly and advised me not to pay the bill. I would highly advise everyone to stay away from this clinic. You will be treated poorly by the administrative staff, and you will be scammed into paying bills you don't owe.

Extremely friendly from the time I arrive to the time I schedule my next appointment. I go here for routine cleanings, fillings, and exams and the front desk staff, hygienists, and dentists have all been amazingly friendly and skilled at their work. Their hours are a bit limited but if you can make it work, it's definitely worth it!

Rivera Du Arte

I came across the advertisement from Cedar Point Dentistry for Teeth Whitening for $199. When I called they said that was not true. When I sent the attached screen shots they said they would get back to me and I called them several times but they refused to talk to me.

Dr Wallace Lunden reportedly has a lot of love for his patients but not enough to honor his advertised prices. A strange behavior just to refuse to talk to you when you call them.

Had my first appointment at Cedar Point this past week and can't speak highly enough about the care and customer service. Worked me into a new patient office visit and went above and beyond to schedule a cleaning the next day because we ran out of time. Huge shoutout to the hygienist named Michelle.
