My family and I have been going to Cedar Bluff Dental for many years, not long after Dr. Nations opened his practice. We trust this office with all of our dental needs. Any issue along the way has always been dealt with professionally. Great hygienists too that help keep our teeth in the "good room"!

We have been going to Dr. Nations since he opened this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The hygienists are top notch, we love Tiffany! Dr. Nations is gentle, friendly, and professional. We stopped using our daughter’s pediatric dentist and started using Dr.
Nations and he has been wonderful working with her. I always dreaded going to the dentist but since seeing Dr. Nations I don’t mind going at all. Dr. Nations is the best!

I have been coming to Dr. Nations for a decade, he and his staff are top notch professionals and a real asset to our community. I have had terrible anxiety about dental care since a bad experience I had in college and Dr. Nations and his staff have been so compassionate and helpful, it has truly changed my life having great dental health again.
I have recommended this doctor to everyone I’ve ever talked about dental care with in Knoxville and I will continue to do so. The staff here are amazing; hygienists, dental assistants, and front desk staff are all wonderful talented compassionate people. I can’t recommend them enough.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because the dental assistant and dentist was amazing. The receptionist that handles the insurance absolutely dropped the ball and I paid for it. My insurance changed January 1st. I sent cedar bluff dental my insurance card to make sure they accepted it and they said yes.
I had my routine exam and cleaning which is 100% covered with my insurance and was also scheduled for a filling where I broke a piece of my tooth. I was told I owed $99 for my filling (which I thought was high) I asked why when the fillings normally cost about $40 and she let me know I had a $50 deductible. I paid it because the math checked out. I then receive a bill in the mail for $190.
Come to find out they are out of network and instead of telling me that I am now footing the bill for preventative services. The office knows when they are in-network with insurance and they CHOSE to tell me they accepted my insurance. Her response is they “Typically” tell patients. Horrible horrible service!
