Sorry it won't let me leave 0 stars. I went for a cleaning and I had pain were I had a wisdom tooth taken out 26 years ago. The assistant instantly said it could be a peace of bone and took a xray. Then after telling the dentist and he looked at the xray but when I turned to look he cleared the screen.

Then told me it was nothing but if it still hurt in a week or so I should come back. A week later I pulled this out of my own mouth.

They are not upfront about out of pocket costs!! I had to have multiple appointments cuz I had a lot of cavities. Most providers will give you an estimate upfront breaking down what insurance pays and what you will owe. Either this office doesn't know how to do that or is trying to hide how much it will cost and send you a bill in the mail. When I called the office to discuss the bill the lady that always answers the phone was defensive and kept repeating that we discussed the amount which was B. S.

cuz I had to ask how much it would be right before all 3 of my appointments. She mentioned that my sons fluoride wasnt covered which didnt have anything to do with my bill. , anyway that convo went nowhere. Mind you on the last appointment i asked how much it would be she was acting like it would be such a hassle to figure it out so i said as long as its around the same amount as the first 2 thats fine. When i finish appointment she asked for 3 something!! I paid like half in the office and then i get a bill in the mail for double that! I had to call my dental insurance to figure out y it was so high cuz the office wouldn't or couldn't explain! Not to mention the dentist isn't even friendly my teen son complained to me about him.

Def never going back only reason I had my work done there was cuz my hubby had went there and i didn't want to have to go to another dentist after having my cleaning and xrays done there. They lost 3 patients now. Never seen an office run this way.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there, I needed some of my teeth taken out. They said they couldn't do it so they just cleaned my teeth and gave me a referral to another horrible place that took my $150. And still I have not had any teeth removed but castor wants me to pay $60 smh never again

I didn’t like dr.castors attitude, he has a bad bedside Manner. He kept asking me a question over and over again as if my answer wasn’t sufficient enough for him. I had to turn away from looking at him to avoid snapping. I don’t know if this is his demeanor or if he’s Racist.
