Beware of Unexpected Costs!!!! I had a VERY disappointing experience at Cascadia Dental. I initially went in for a routine examination, and the dentist recommended a "deep cleaning" (also known as scaling and root planing). They suggested me that my insurance should cover it, so I trusted their recommendation. However, after the procedure, I was shocked to learn that my insurance denied the claim, stating that there was no medical evidence (such as bone loss) to justify the treatment. While I acknowledge that it is ultimately my responsibility to verify coverage, I am extremely frustrated that Cascadia Dental did not provide any warning, nor did they attempt to confirm with my insurance before pushing the procedure.

I relied on their professional judgment, only to end up with an unexpected bill. Although they offered a small $200 discount, I was still left with a hefty $700 out-of-pocket expense. This experience has left me feeling misled. I strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to double-check with their insurance first and not blindly trust their recommendations. **I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the $200 discount I received.

Honestly, the staff are nice and the clinic has a good environment. However, I do not recommend this clinic due to their lack of transparency regarding insurance coverage. Be sure to verify everything with your insurance before agreeing to any procedures!**

I had a Root Canal treatment at Cascadia Dental Specialists — everything went great! The doctors really know their stuff, explained everything clearly, and worked carefully. The atmosphere is friendly, no one rushes, everything is calm and stress-free. The process was comfortable, I felt relaxed and in good hands.

I feel great after the procedure. Huge thanks to the team for their professionalism, care, and attention! I’m really grateful for the excellent service and the great result!
