Carterville dental was the worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. They refused to clean my teeth unless I did a gingivitis treatment. They also told me I had a cavity. I have never had a cavity in my life. My previous two dentists always complimented me on my oral health and never tried to up sale me on other treatments.
I felt like Carterville dental was trying to milk money out of me and I ended up walking out because they refused to clean my teeth, even after I made it abundantly clear that all I was there for was a teeth cleaning. I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone. On a positive note the hygienist was very kind.

My visit to Carterville Dental Center was the best dental visit I have ever had. They have cutting edge technology, an extremely knowledgeable and caring staff, led by an experienced and practical Dentist. By practical I mean that they take great care of you without trying to sell you something you don't need.
They have cultivated a professional & caring culture and seem to truly love what they do. Thank you CDC.

We were so fortunate to find Carterville dental center. Dr. Ralph did an excellent job on my replacing my broken veneer!! Everyone though was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Ralph even took the time to make my daughter comfortable for her upcoming visit. I worked as a dental assistant for 20 years and I would recommend this facility to anyone!
