Went in for a Root Canal and told them my “fears” of having my teeth drilled. Two shots, some nitrous, and I’m telling y’all, I didn’t feel ANYTHING. Very professional, explained everything and made sure I was well within my comfort level. Can’t say enough positive things! Great staff, great experience for what it was! He’s my go to from this point forward.

The man is a life saver! After being in severe pain over a month and dealing with a horrible dentist, I made an appointment with Dr. Patel. He fit me in the following week for a procedure. The procedure was completely uneventful and my pain was immediately gone! The office staff are also very kind and professional. Highly recommended this office for your Endodontics needs.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel! He is kind, courteous, and extremely patient, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure. His skill is unmatched—I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. Beyond being an excellent endodontist, Dr. Patel has a laid-back, friendly, and outgoing personality, which makes him so relatable and easy to talk to. His empathy and genuine care for his patients really set him apart.

I firmly believe he is the best endodontist in the state of Maryland. I’ve received two root canals from Dr. Patel, and both were successful. I was nervous, but his expertise put me at ease, and I felt so much better after each visit. I even made the mistake of not getting a permanent crown after one Root Canal, but Dr. Patel was able to save the tooth when I thought it couldn’t be saved.

If it had been anyone else, I don’t believe that would have been possible. If you’re looking for an endodontist, your search ends here. You’ve found your man—just schedule the appointment already! The front desk staff are also incredible—kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, just like Dr. Patel. I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone in need of endodontic care!
