I initially loved going here, my son in particular. An incident happened almost a year ago where a bond I had cracked the Thursday before Memorial weekend. I called around 4 pm and asked when I could be seen. I was told by a very snarky front desk person if I didn't come in today I couldn't be seen until July. So of course I took the evening appointment, making it considered an emergent appointment. I told the front desk even though insurance probably says they wont cover it to still run it because sometimes my insurance picks up some things they wouldn't normally.

I also told them I was unemployed at the time, and would do the best I can. I didn't get the bill for almost 90 days, I called them, and told them I was still unemployed while going through some personal issues, and if I could make payments. I was told they don't do that that the bill is to be paid in full, and asked if she wanted the doctor to call me. He did and I explained my situation and said I could pay 20-25 a month until I could pay more. He said that he could do $200 right now and the rest a couple months later. I felt even though their policy states (which I read) that they would find an option that works best for you, that it was basically pay or not be seen.

I was then told by someone at the desk that I could always go elsewhere. I was very disappointed that they wouldn't even see my child after that when I told them what I could pay at that time and they wouldn't even work with me on what I could afford at that time. I will never recommend going there when the office is money hungry. If I could give negative stars I would. Just out for money.

How wonderful it is to have a dental practice that can take care of all your needs. I had not seen a dentist for several years and knew I needed a lot of work done. Dr.

Matt Carmien was an answer to prayers! He was able to do fillings, crowns and an implant that I needed, all at one office and very convenient for me with it being close to home in Plymouth. Do not hesitate to contact Dr. Matt for anything dental!

I have been a patient of Dr Pedavoli my entire life. I always enjoyed going for my cleaning appointments as a kid. They had toys and the hygienist staff was very friendly and caring. Dr Pedavoli’s interest in train engines also made the experience more fun as they would be around the office. As an adult, I am able to perceive how informed and intelligent the entire office staff is. It is a lot nicer and cleaner than the majority of offices I have entered.

The doctors make sure to keep things up to shape well. I have had a crown and fillings done with their dental assistance always being adaptable and kind. Dr Matt Carmien has been an amazing addition to the office to bring the community and office different services and technology with amazing talent. Dr Tom Pedavoli is a gem that continues to learn and serve the community humbly. Highly recommend if you want a dental office to trust.

Dr. Carmien and his staff are excellent! They are proficient and explain everything as they provide treatment. They are personable with positive attitudes. The front office staff give specific details on insurance payments and what to expect out of pocket. The transparency is important in this economy.

Dr. Pedavoli was kind and patient with my 6 year old during her treatment. He gave her the time she needed to express her fears and made her feel comfortable before filling her cavities. You don't find these kinds of dentists and practices everyday. I would recommend this office to anyone!
