I was referred to Dr. Johnson for severe jaw pain that I've been experiencing for 4 years. I actually liked the doctor and felt finally someone who is going to help me. I was scheduled for surgery and had to take a covid test even though I was fully vaccinated. My coworker had recommended that I have the covid test at our place of employment since she just had a procedure done at the same hospital and her covid test was accepted. I contacted Dr.
Johnson's office and I spoke to the medical reception and she said to fax her a copy of the results which I did. On the morning of my surgery, I was called by the hospital coordinator and she said my surgery was cancelled because of the covid test. I was in shock!! She said she would talk to Dr. Johnson to see if the surgery could be rescheduled. She never called me back so I followed up Monday morning. She told me Dr.
Johnson had dropped me as a patient for being out of compliance. I was devastated!! I asked the Hospital Coordinator to please talk to Dr. Johnson especially because I had a pre-op appointment with Dr. Johnson, the day before my surgery and nothing was mentioned to me about the covid test being invalid. Once again, she never called me back and when I called her, she said he wasn't changing his mind. I can't believe how a doctor could be so heartless! I filed a grievance because this is so WRONG!!

Had 3 teeth removed from Dr. Phelps. He was awesome. Made me feel comfortable. I was most definitely in good hands. He listened to me and answered all my questions without making me feel like he needed to hurry and get to the next patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had 6 teeth extracted by dr Alton. He is great showed concern that I was comfortable and ready for procedure. Truly made me feel like I was his only patient with his care and concern. A true professional !

I met with Dr dale Alto who is not a surgeon I would not recommend! I got to his office and was treated like herd of cattle.
My extraction where on November 2, 2017, and I couldn't tell you anything the Dr gave me for my extraction! I had to presume all information, the office gave me no antiseptic and the instructions said to meet with your general dentist the next day! Well I had to call regarding the instructions to clean the extraction! I was placed in a dark room and roll out of the office like cattle! No follow up, no concern of your recovery! I was not happy! Buyer beware! This office only good for taking your money an no concern of follow up of patients care! I will call the board on this office! On my next visit on November 15, I mention after care instructions! My son called regarding the after care and I wad told to rinse with saltwater and check in with my general dentist! Mine you I just had 24 teeth extraction and was sedated! No one from this office check in on my recovery until I placed a review on the website! I made an appointment with my dentist the following Monday to provide direction in my healing recovery! After care for this type of surgery much have after care instructions for all patients! Make sure you received respect and dignity before you make a decision to give this surgeon your time and money! Not to be treated like a herd of cattle! Have a voice and ask questions! I came in with research on what I may want and once I made my decision I never got my consultation until I paid ($4,532.
00) for the extraction! Unbelievable! Never again!!!!
