I’ve been going to Cameo Dentistry for years and never had a problem with Dr. Ho and his workers, but recently the receptionists that do take the calls are just rude and not helpful. I ask to leave a message for Dr.

Ho with my bad toothache and needed suggestions for the mean time but whoever answered the call acted like it was too hard to take a message and didn’t want to help. I’ve always been treated well with the staff until recently I’m not too familiar with the new faces.

I have been coming Cameo Dentistry since I was a 10 years old (for reference I'm 34 years old) although I did stop coming for awhile due to having PTSD from previous experiences from another dentistry. Dr. Ho is the only dentist I trust. Although the other dentist are great as well per my many family members who come here as well. Dr. Ho is very gentle and talks me though literally everything. Dr.

Ho has no idea how much I appreciate when he hides the needle to numb me up and even tries to hide the sound when he's putting the numbing medication into the syringe. He's always asking me if I'm ok or if I'm in pain. He truly cares about all his patients. Thank you Dr. Ho for being patience with me and always reassuring that everything will be ok.

Dr Ho was waiting for me when I arrived and I was taken right back. His assistant was professional and very friendly. I was having a cap removed which went very smoothly and I felt no discomfort. I love Dr Ho and Cameo Dentistry!
