I flossed a bit too vigorously this morning and popped off my temporary crown. I called at 11 AM and they were able to see me at 1 PM! The technician cleaned the crown, the area where it came out, refitted it and had me on my way within a half an hour! The entire staff is friendly, the facility is always shiny clean and their services are reasonable.

I highly recommend Calm for anyone looking for reliable, affordable dental care.

Sadly, I need to leave this review. Though I found the staff and dr Karen to be pleasant, I was not happy or satisfied with how things ran. I made an appointment for tooth pain, and that appointment was canceled, but they were able to get me in with a hygienist for a cleaning and x-rays. I then made a follow up appointment, but that was rescheduled. Then, I got a message that they were canceling my appointment and would be in touch to reschedule. Well, life happened and 2 months later I called inquiring about rescheduling that appointment.

I was told ‘oh, I don’t know how you fell through the cracks’ and got it rescheduled. That one got canceled and we’re on repeat. Finally, my last appointment, I got in my vehicle to leave, and got a call from the office, 30 minutes prior to my appointment, that it had to be canceled. Very frustrating, especially when one is dealing with issues. If this was addressed properly and in a timely manner, I wouldn’t have had to have the extensive work done, that I just went through. But because of the continual cancellations, the problem got worse.

I was always giving the office the benefit of the doubt. As i stated earlier, the staff are pleasant people. It’s just frustrating when you’re in a customer service business and constantly canceling the appointment. May need to rethink your line of business.

After my regular dentist retired. I had to look for a new dentist. My daughter recommended Calm Dentistry. I'm glad I did! The staff was great! Dr Karen, being professional, was also very friendly. She has a great bedside manner. Kim the hygienist was great! She treated me like l her first patient ever. Always caring, making sure of my comfort. I highly recommend Calm Dentistry as your choice.

I’m so pleased I found Calm Dental in Geneseo! I was happy with my former dentist but he retired. My insurance totally covered today’s cavity and extraction. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything to me every step of the way and the procedures were practically painless.
