Very disappointed!! I switched insurance and Dr. is no longer in network. They will actually get paid MORE by my new insurance, but aren't willing to write off the difference like they have to with contracted insurances, they would rather lose a patient.......I know they can charge whatever they want with non contracted insurances, I guess it is all about the $$

I just love Dr. Burke and his staff. He is the first dentist I have had that hasn't tried to push me to have dental work that I didn't want. The hygienists are great also. My mouth never hurts after a good cleaning.

Doctor Burke is an awesome dentist! So much so I would drive 30 minutes to use him. Unfortunately, he is not the best business manager and his front staff are either incompetent or don't have the correct tools to properly schedule patients. I took PTO for my appointment and was "texted" the day of informing me it was cancelled because I didn't respond to another text over a month ago. Then through texts they wanted to reschedule and stopped responding. It's been over a year and they still haven't followed up with me so they obviously aren't tracking anyone.
I can't recommend them if you value your time, the office administration is what you would expect if you hired some inexperienced highschooler using their phone as the only record keeping. Side note, they did not accept Delta Dental so I was paying cash upfront and getting reimbursed through my insurance directly later. That might be important to some people. Could be different now you should ask.

Dr. Burke was our family dentist for years, and unfortunately we had to move away. We were so sad to lose him, and his team! They are wonderful! I had such trust with Dr. Burke, and I have never trusted a dentist since! I’m so happy to see that he’s still practicing, because there are times when I consider driving the 3 hours back just to start up as a patient again!
