Although my son has only been going to this dental office a few times, they are really good about trying to make your child feel comfortable when getting his or her teeth examined and cleaned. It’s harder with younger children but they know how to improvise they best can to get the job done and they explain x-rays and what can be improved with your child’s teeth and gums.

The way I’ve been treated because of a mistake made by your team is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I did not agree to an appointment that wasn’t covered by insurance. A staff member—Kailey, I believe—told me directly that I would not be financially responsible for the appointment my co-parent scheduled. I made several attempts to get in touch with the manager, Tracy, and was told she would call me back. I didn’t hear from her until over a month later, and instead of acknowledging the mistake or taking responsibility, she called demanding payment and is now threatening to send the bill to collections.
It’s upsetting and unfair to be in this situation over something that was not my fault. I trusted the information I was given, and now I’m being penalized for it. I’m asking for this to be handled in a way that reflects accountability and respect for your patients.

Such a fun and super kid friendly office! My kids loves getting capes their first time going and everyone who helped us was so great with kids. I took my 3 kids ages 5, 3, and almost 2 and they all did great with X-rays and cleanings
