Everyone at the office is glad to be there! The front desk coordinators are efficient and helpful. Our experience with the clinical staff and Dr. Burch herself has been amazing. They are thorough and kind. They make personalized plans for each individual patient. Five people in our family have been happy patients! Highly recommend to anyone looking for orthodontics.

Staff is outgoing and makes you feel Welcome and at ease. Dr Burch has the best bedside manners and is sweet as peach pie. She makes my child feel calm and gets to know him making him feel very peaceful. Brackets rarely ever have any breakage.

The atmosphere in the office is light and fun. Lots of laughter and they make you feel like family. You can truly tell each staff cares about the Childs/patients well being. We love y’all So much!

I absolutely love Dr. Burch and her staff! My son needed a lot of dental work leading up to braces. I was told by multiple dentists that he would need to have adult teeth extracted to make room for more coming in. We had a consult with Dr. Burch and immediately began the process to start treatment. She was able to prevent said extractions. Their hardware for the braces are top notch.

My son has had no issues with anything braking or becoming loose. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful with any question. Wait times are minimal and making contact is as easy as a text! Literally! You can text the office and receive prompt responses during business hours. They make sure patients are comfortable and that nothing feels out of sorts before they leave. I would 100 times over refer Dr. Burch to any family that is looking for an outstanding orthodontist that listens and cares about their work and patients.

Dr. Heather Burch is amazing! Everyone in the office is kind, welcoming, and efficient—I was in and out in just 13 minutes. My kids were even able to watch and learn about the process, which made it a great experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!
