Edit: After our appointment Kristen called me to discuss what could have gone better and to apologize for not meeting their high standards. While we did decide to go elsewhere, I was very appreciative of the call and the apology!! I sent two kids to Bubon for their Braces so when my youngest needed them, they were the obvious choice. I was so disappointed with our experience and felt like a dollar sign and not a patient. I was told Dr. Bubon would be in after the x-rays to talk to us. He never showed up.

Never even spoke to us. Prior to our visit I explained that my daughter had jaw problems. I had questions but, when I realized they just wanted to talk money, I wrapped it up and we finished the appointment. You would think when a child comes in with a unique medical condition, you would want to talk to the parents. I did not feel comfortable the treatment plan was coming from the same person who also handled the financial paperwork. Especially when they have absolutely no knowledge of said medical condition.

After it was clear the doctor wasn’t coming in, I wrapped up the appointment and left. We went somewhere else and the orthodontist actually looked at her mouth and addressed our concerns. I’m definitely not saving money by going elsewhere, but I feel 100% ok with that. I also hate they push Invisalign on you. I get it, you make money off the product but, no means no.

I am now on my third child to receive services from Bubon. I am incredibly satisfied with the services given. They have taken two horribly crooked mouths and straightened them. Costs are good. Offer different discounts for certain things. Multi-child discounts. All in all, a very good place to have orthodontist work done.

My son has Braces with Bubon and we mostly use the Johnson Creek location. Our visits are fast and easy. The staff listen to any of his questions and concerns. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing. It is as positive experience as having braces can be. ;)

We have had a wonderful experience with Bubon from start to (almost) finish! My daughter has been in treatment with them for almost two years and we have had NO issues!! They have extremely friendly customer service, and are always willing to squeeze us in when we have a need to get in for an urgent appointment. No complaints here! The techs and doctors are always so friendly and gentle.

Thank you Bubon for transforming our girl’s smile!
