Great experience with the dentist (Kristy Cho), but customer service otherwise has been poor in my experience. I've been twice now and received lackluster customer service both times, there was a mix-up and my insurance wasn't billed for a visit and I received a $1300. 00 bill. Called to clear it up and received the correct bill, almost 5 months later.
The delay could've been my insurance's fault? Called to request a copy of a receipt of my payment, so that I can submit it for reimbursement and still waiting on it. Sending mail from Oak Park to another address in Oak Park shouldn't take over a week, but ??? Got weird vibes from the woman at the front desk with all the tattoos, she's pretty short with people -- or at least was with me, and I also heard her being this way to people on the phone when I was in the office. It's unfortunate when the front desk staff/administrative staff sucks because that ruins the whole experience of the visit, as you have to have lots of interaction with them. Again, loved my dentist but dealing with the other staff is a bit frustrating.
Frustrating enough that it makes me want to go to a different dental office. Shame
