Tl;dr: Don't go to this dentist if you care about you teeth and time. He didnt do ANYTHING for my teeth. He checked my teeth and ignored a tooth that clearly had a cavity but told me that I need to go somewhere else to get two root canals done. He is untrustworthy and lazy. You can tell he does not care but has this unsettling tone when talking like "I'll pretend to care and tell you that it's out of my hands". And "Ms. V"(the woman at the desk) was extremely rude and condescending to me for no reason and, when I asked, wouldn't give me her full name. My first visit there started off poorly. I made an emergency visit because I woke up with a swollen cheek and jaw. The woman I talked to over the phone acknowledged that it was an emergency. I told her my name and whatever else she ask of and she sent me a text message to confirm that I made that appointment, which was later on that day. When I walked in at the time that was given to me, no appointment. I told the girl (Ms. V) at the desk my name and she was immediately nasty toward me and had a very rude and condescending attitude. She told me there was no emergency appointment for me. I showed her the message I got from their number to confirm.
For some reason, the message said "Ms. A" instead of my name. That wasn't my fault yet, in a sarcastic, mocking tone, this girl says to me "Ms. A? Are you Ms. A? Well we don't have an appointment for Ms. A. " I couldn't believe it. She was talking to me like i did something to her and that I was the one who made the mistake. My face was swollen. I didn't walk in for nothing. She was speaking very nicely to everyone else. She gave me papers to fill out and sign. When I walked back to the desk, I asked for her name. She wouldn't tell me. She kept saying that she her name was Ms. V.
Every other female staff member i interacted with was very nice though. After that, I made another appointment to get my teeth checked for cavities and filled. On the phone, the woman asked me if i got the root canal. I said no and told her when my appointment was for it. I told her I wanted to get my teeth checked for cavities and filled. Everything seemed okay on the phone but again, a problem. Three weeks pass and i find out that they decided on their own, without telling me, that the purpose of this appointment, that i made, was a follow up on the last to see if I had a root canal even though the appointment date of the root canal didnt even pass yet. Incompetent people. This dentist had no intention of checking or filling my teeth even though I specifically made this appointment for that. So I had to tell him to check my teeth. He didn't fill anything but told me that I needed another root canal. He completely did not acknowledge a tooth that has a cavity. A tooth that I can see with my own eyes has a cavity. But he had to use x-rays and manually checked my teeth and still didn't see it? And kept giving me an ultimatum, which I didn't like. A root canal or get it pulled. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out what this "dentist" actually does except try to get all your teeth removed?

They are courteous and nice. The office is clean. Easy to get an appointment. You would have trust them and think have your best interest at hand. They lie and are not to be trusted. I took my 86 yo mother here. They said she need a crown for a broken tooth. They never requested the authorization from her insurance.
After 2 more visits where they did absolutely nothing but look in her mouth I questioned them. Then they requested the authorization. Couple weeks later I get the notice from the insurance company thats its approved. I make another appointment and confirm she is coming to get the tooth fixed. Day of appointment they call me and say she has to pay approx $320 half today and half when she comes back (again). They say the crown and a root canal was approved but a polar something (which they say is needed to put in the crown) was denied. She has to pay $320. I call the insurance company.
. the dentist only requested the crown, nothing was denied and the polar part doesn't even need authorization and is fully covered. My mother should not be paying anything. Long story short call your insurance yourself, they robbing you and the insurance company. They did not request a root canal {which she doesn't need anyway), they did not get a denial for anything.

Came in with my aunt and lady in front desk with glasses name Jenn, or, Jennifer was so nice to us- explained what we needed to do about 3 times and, was polite about it. I really appreciate people who take time and have patience with patients. The place is clean only problem Their buzzer outside don’t work - they need that fix fast. But, over all it was a good first time impression.
