Brown Dental is the most efficient and professional office I've ever dealt with. They use the latest and best technology and equipment. Their staff are highly professional and courteous. They always get me in and started within minutes of my scheduled appointment if not precisely on time. If you're having a procedure, the doctor talks you through every step of what to expect, before and during, so they're great for anyone with anxiety about dental work.
I have never had issues or delays with check in, cleanings, check out, or billing. They are top notch at everything they do. I wish all offices were this efficient and organized. Highly recommend Brown Dental!

Over the years have had some bad experiences with other dentists but this is the first time I had the most amazing experience at a dentist office. From walking in and being greeted with a smile from the receptionist to meeting my dental hygienist Tessa Dawson and Dr. Monica Clisso. They were very professional and caring which means the world to me. I had went for a cleaning and it's been years since I had one and Tessa took time with me and did amazing.
I know I was a special case because it had been years that I hadn't had a cleaning. She was patient and caring. Dr. Clisso came in and evaluated my other issues and I will be going back to address those issues very soon.

Not clear on payments. Charges are not transparent and they don't tell you the price or if insurance will cover it. You will be overcharged. I had a horrible experience.

BJ, Megan, and all the dentists are so kind and gentle with our kids. They take their time to explain the process of what they are doing and help make our kids feel very comfortable.
