I have been a patient of Dr. Bronson for years. Today, he was so rude that I am never going back. I was only 1 minute late. He corrected me and said that it was 3 minutes.

I have waited in his waiting room longer than that. He informed me that if I was going to be late that "there are cell phones and that everyone has them these days. " He also berated me for not seeing the dentist during the pandemic.

These guys are great. I have been seeing Dr. Smith for several years now. He has great "chairside" manner and his work always holds up. His support staff is always friendly and remembers my name. They have evening office hours and I have never had trouble getting an appointment.

My family and I have been longstanding patients at Brosnan Dental, but our recent experience with Dr. Timothy Brosnan was highly disappointing. During our visit, he treated my children and me with a surprising lack of empathy and respect. In particular, he reprimanded my nine-year-old daughter for her reaction to a needle, telling her to come back when she "grows up. " His demeanor, tone, and level of aggressiveness were completely inappropriate, especially considering the presence of two young children. This incident marked our second visit to Brosnan Dental this week, as Dr.

Timothy Brosnan initially misdiagnosed my daughter's condition. He incorrectly attributed the inflammation in her gums to her expander, requiring the intervention of her orthodontist. We immediately scheduled an appointment with the orthodontist as our daughter was in pain. During her visit, the orthodontist had to reach out to Dr. Brosnan directly to tell him that his diagnosis was WRONG. Additionally, as a person of color, I have consistently felt uncomfortable due to Dr.

Brosnan's microaggressions. This discomfort has been a longstanding issue for me, and it raises questions about whether these actions are influenced by my ethnicity. It is disheartening to think that my ethnicity may have played a role in the disrespectful treatment we received. Because of our recent experiences at Brosnal Dental, coupled with Dr. Brosnan's demeanor and questionable professional judgment, we have decided to find a new dental care professional.
