The dentist can be a dreadful experience for some people, but Dr Brandao at brilliant smiles totally changed my mind. Upon arrival you will see a parking lot to the left of the building or you can parallel park right in front of the office. The facilities are clean and inviting. From the moment I went into her office the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I did not have to wait long at all to be seen.

Once I sat down the assistant was gentle and confident in her work and that easily translated when Dr. Brandao treated me. I did a cleaning and a check up and will be returning for some additional work. They speak English Spanish and Portuguese! I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.

As a healthcare provider, I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. I scheduled a *prophylaxis* (routine cleaning) only—clearly stating multiple times that my insurance would not cover a comprehensive evaluation or radiographs. The front desk confirmed this was acceptable. Despite this, radiology was still performed and the dentist conducted an evaluation I had explicitly declined. Upon learning of the charge, I exercised my right to refuse the cleaning.

This situation reflects a clear lapse in communication, informed consent, and adherence to professional code of ethics. While the staff demonstrated excellent customer service and were genuinely kind, the lack of transparency undermines trust and leaves me highly dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate that such a preventable issue diminished what could have been a positive experience.

Dr. P takes a wonderful job taking care of my mom and me. The whole staff it so helpful and so sweet to us. Melanie gave my teeth the best bleaching and they went 4 shades lighter. Now my teeth are white. They always treat us like family here!! The best treatment patients can get with them being warm and friendly.

Neerman the hygienist is so sweet and gentle with my mouth. This place is always noticeably clean. I recommend this dentist office for everyone that wants the best dental care. Larissa at the front desk makes you feel at home and so nice to everyone.

My experience has been extremely pleasurable, starting with Larissa at the front desk, Mel and Brenda, and of course Dr. Brandao I have had dental implants, crowns and veneers. My experience has been exceptional. From the initial consultation to the final placement, I was consistently impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my comfort.

During the initial consultation, Dr. Brandao took her time to thoroughly explain the entire implant process, patiently answering all of my questions and ensuring that I felt completely informed and comfortable with the plan. This level of detail extended to the procedure itself, where I felt confident in their skill and precision. What truly stood out was their consistent focus on my comfort.

Throughout the entire process, they proactively checked in to ensure I was experiencing no pain, making what could have been an anxiety-inducing experience surprisingly easy.
