Dr Tsich was great!! Very thorough with my cleaning...super satisfied. My only issue is that they need to work on their timing. I was there twice and very ontime for my appointments and I still was not seen at my scheduled time.

Complete disregard for other people's time. The idea of having an appointment system and then having patients wait for more than an hour after the scheduled time is beyond me. I didn't hang around to find out how much longer they’d have me wait. In that one squandered hour, I could have accomplished a lot.

Update 2024: Place is still unorganized!! I called last week to give my updated insurance info. I get a call Friday to remind me of my appointment which time was changed once again! I schedule in Jan for 4pm today and was told it's 330pm. I arrive yesterday to be told it's a deductible. I'm told she wasn't aware of it. If they call insurance to confirm things prior they would know! So I cancelled my appointment. The dentist is not an issue it's the front desk who needs to do better! I called insurance today and was told there is NO deductible for general cleaning. I called another dentist office and was told preventive cleaning there is no deductible.

So either they don't know what they doing at Brillant or they trying to get over on patients! Time for a new dentist. I have been a patient since 2019 when it was under Happy Dental Studio. Since the change, scheduling has been an issue! I had an appointment in the summer time which was made months prior and when I arrived they were leaving. I showed the receptionist the text that showed the time and she apologized. She told me to call the next day to reschedule. Today, I walked there after work to confirm my appointment for next week. This was made back in July for 430pm.

I am told it's at 4pm someone else is scheduled for 430pm. She said she can show me but I know it was made at 430 when I made the appointment at last visit. Once again the texting system is messing up! On top of that, the hours on google haven't been updated since the change. Work on fixing your texting system because it's an inconvenience to patients and than it will be a problem for the office when many are scheduled for the same time.

Great experience. The doctor saw me last minute because I needed a wisdom tooth extracted, which was causing me a lot of pain. Doctor Nada Ali was quick and explained everything every step of the way. She also provided me with instructions for aftercare. Wait time was short as well!
