Originally, my family and I had a great experience here. However, during one of our visits, one of my relatives was being helped by Dr. Kong. For background, my relative has a dental crown and they were with Dr. Kong to get their teeth cleaned and get the tooth with the crown examined due to pain near that tooth. After we left our appointments, my relative was still experiencing pain and she never experienced pain after seeing a dentist before. After a couple days, I called this practice to see if my relative can come in to get the tooth with the crown examined again. The receptionist said my relative can come in and, after seeing Dr. Kong again, Dr.
Kong claimed he didn't see anything wrong with the tooth and my relative had also told me Dr. Kong muttered under his breath whether or not he put filling where the crown was, which signifies that Dr. Kong may not have known what he was doing. After the examination was over, Dr. Kong only gave my relative over-the-counter pain medication, and a toothbrush and a mini Sensodyne toothpaste set. . . After seeing first-hand that Dr. Kong didn't take this situation seriously enough, I transferred my family and I to a different dentist.
After I had all our dental records sent to our current dentist, our current dentist looked at the X-rays and noticed that Dr. Kong didn't put any filling whatsoever where the crown is, which confirmed our suspicions about the source of my relative's tooth pain and that Dr. Kong didn't do a thorough job. After our current dentist worked with my relative, they didn't have any more tooth pain. I'm so relieved I switched dentists. Who knows what else Dr. Kong would've done if we just believed his word with getting a second opinion? As the common saying goes, if you're uncomfortable or unsure about something a doctor says or a doctor in general, get a second opinion! I'm so glad I did!

Dr. Kung is a very experienced, compassionate dentist. I have been a patient for over 20 years. He only does what you need and doesn’t pressure with upgrades that are necessary. Dr. Kong is compassionate about caring for his patients. His office is immaculate and very welcoming.

Kaylie is absolutely amazing at doing teeth cleaning. I needed a deep clean and never have I ever experienced less pain. She went above and beyond and touched up my other side. She is extremely sweet as well. Thank you so much.

First timer! Office was clean, front desk was nice and inviting (even told the team to listen hard cause my voice was going out lol) Doc came in explained everything in terms I understood! Everyone was just nice and inviting!
