I was seen a few weeks ago as a emergency first time patient.The staff and Dr Abraham were awesome! I was seen right away. Unfortunately there was no saving the tooth and it had to be extracted. I was shocked when the Dr said all done! Easy and no pain. I would definitely recommend this Dentistry office.

I went there for a cleaning Aunt right off the start. It did not seem right. The X-ray technician was bumbling and took about 40 pictures which was absurd and unnecessary. After my cleaning. I was then told that the dentist would not be available to speak with me until about 40 to 45 minutes while I sat there. I said I couldn't wait that long and they said don't worry we will have the dentist call you today. 3 days had gone by 5:00 if you count weekends and I did not receive a phone call.

For some reason I still felt it wise to make an appointment with them regarding a loose crown potentially and I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment. They sat me down at 4:00 and at 4:55 p. m. I still had not been seen by a dentist. I just sat in the operation room waiting. That was the last straw and I realized that this place has no clue what they're doing.

I came here a few years ago for a routine cleaning and checkup. The staff, hygienist, and dentist were fine. However, the person who did my x-rays was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care at all about my comfort or lack-thereof. I understand that new patients have to do extensive x-rays, and that x-rays are uncomfortable for everyone. But this person seemed to have zero interest in even trying to make me comfortable and she frequently left the room for long periods of time with zero explanation.

What I exerienced here vs. other dentists is like night and day. I’ve since then gone to other dentists in the area and never experienced anything like I did here.

I moved and was still going to my old dentist, so I decided to try another one out because the service and communication was getting unprofessional with no empathy. I made an appointment with Bright for my son and myself, when I say they had the best customer service, very helpful informative. I didn't feel rushed and all my questions and then some was answered. The inside was clean and so was everyone there.

I will be returning. Thank you so much.
