I have been extremely disappointed with the repeated cancellations of my appointments. Since last year, my appointments have been cancelled multiple times, and I have not been able to visit the dentist at all. In February, I scheduled an appointment, but it was cancelled a week prior due to the dental hygienist’s unavailability. Then, in April, I rescheduled, only to have it cancelled the day before because the doctor was not available. The next available appointment was in August.

It is frustrating that appointments are being cancelled a week or even a day before, and the rescheduled dates are so far in the future. While cancellations and rescheduling may be necessary at times, the repeated inconvenience and long wait times for alternative appointments are unacceptable. I hope that steps are taken to improve the service and better accommodate patients.

Everyone here is literally so kind and welcoming. I've had half a dozen appointments here and it's been a pleasant experience every time. Dr.

Duong is great and makes me laugh every time, and their endodontist is really gentle with the novocaine. The x-ray tech is super informative and the front desk goes out of their way to answer all of my questions when I want to understand billing/insurance/costs/process/etc.

I’ve been waiting on writing a review for a while now to ensure I could be sure of my experience. I went to this clinic last summer and had an awful experience. I felt like I was berated the entire initial x-ray appointment. At one point the gal said “I can tell you haven’t done this in a while”. The x-rays were also taken on the wrong patient profile so when the dentist sat down with me they couldn’t find my images and had to figure out where they took them. Then the dentist did a rather painful check in my teeth and made several comments on how my teeth needed a lot of work. I was quoted something $700+ for needing periodontal cleaning and several cavities. Fast forward to this month. I just went to another dental clinic because I walked out of that appointment all those months ago in tears from the way I was talked to and did not want them doing my dental work.

I’m very glad I did. Not only did I have no cavities, but I also had a broken filling that was not mentioned to me. The x-rays taken here were hard for the next office to read so they took some new ones with no issue. I got my periodontal cleaning done in one appointment (not 4 like this place claimed I needed). The other office also fixed my broken filling. All for the cost of $190. I have never had problems with dental offices and never had fears or anxieties around dental work. This place will do that to someone. I’ve never walked out of a medical office feeling so disheartened and upset.

Please don’t go here. I only went here because it was my assigned provider through Delta Dental. You can go change your provider online in the portals. I’m truly grateful I did and did not give my money to this establishment. I would rate less than a star if I could. These people are 100% scamming people. I had no cavities. I was quoted with several cavities.
