I went to BrightNow because I just moved from another state and looking for a new dentist. After the assessment they told me I needed 2 sessions of deep cleaning, 3 fillings, and 1 tooth needs a crown. I was surprised by all of the recommendations, my dentist from my previous state never saw or mentioned any of these problems, especially the deep cleaning since I brush and floss regularly. They asked me when I would like to schedule the procedures and I never went back to them.
Two weeks later I went to a dentist with his own office and went in to have a second opinion. I didn’t mention what the dentist from BrightNow assessed and waited for his own assessment. He told me I needed a cleaning and I have 1 tooth that has a little cavity that we will be monitoring in the years to come. Unbelievable!! What a huge difference from what the dentist in BrightNow was suggesting! The BrightNow dentist wanted to cut down my tooth and put a fake tooth on top of it just because of a small cavity! I can’t believe a dentist would recommend removing and shaving off your teeth just to make money.
Maybe they have a quota from the company? Who knows. Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist. Save your money and your teeth.

I wish I could give zero stars. . . This has been the worst dental choice of my life. . . I went in to get an emergency procedure done. I need my wisdom tooth removed because it was impacting another tooth. . during the extraction Dr. Jason Borough broke my other tooth. So now there are 2 moulder missing along with the wisdom tooth on both sides.
This was in 2020. On January 29, 2021, I was to have 2 implants. The first was at my request and the other was to replace the broken tooth from the dental procedure. I orginally receive both studs for the implants on that day. And After only few days the first stud failed. I called and came in to have it fixed. . However it still has not been replaced in 2025. To top it off and the reason I am finally saying something is because the second stud just failed the other day too. I have it in a bag on my desk and just glad I did not swallow it. Neither stud ever had a cap or tooth attached so for about 4 years I haven't had any chewers. .
. (moulders needed for chewing certain foods) I went in with a problem and they have made my problem worst. . . I have to find someone who can help me to have a much better experience. . . I would reconsider using this dental team. . .

booked an appointment for free dental cleaning since it's included on my insurance. when i arrived they asked me to go for dental xray and the dentist just scratched some of my tooth. after the xray, receptionist told me i had to pay over $800 for filling, crowning, deep cleaning and oral cancer screening. i asked if my basic covered dental cleaning can be done on that day but receptionist said it will be scheduled for another time.
it's like as if i am on this situation where i will only get my free cleaning only if i bought their additional services. i had to walk away cause something was not right on all of this and will definitely go to another clinic for a second opinion. one of my scratched molars became painful the next day and i can feel that there is a hole on this molar now.

I was asked to pay for the whole service upfront even though my cap was not fitted. They are not flexible to do teeth which we ask them to fix. They pick the ones that are expensive and recommend fixing that first. Would not recommend.
Each visit they also recommend a deep cleaning and then bill you almost $1000 for deep cleaning. The dental Hygienist who does the cleaning also makes you really uncomfortable during the cleaning process. Very painful.
