I've been to see Dr. Jin for root canal procedure for second time now, and both times I've had best dental office experience ever!!! I was recommended by a friend after having worst experience at another office, which brought back my child hood nightmares of being at a dental clinic. But Dr. Jin and her staff made me feel super comfortable and confident in their abilities and they did a fantastic work!! Dr.
Jin took time to sit down with me and made sure I get a clear understanding of what she will do with me, and she followed up to see if everything went well, and it did for both procedures. I am very happy with them, definitely going back for any other dental issues. Strongly recommend this place!!!

My family and I have been going to Bright Family Dental for years, but we cannot stand the receptionist anymore. The dentists do and always have done a wonderful job which we appreciate, but the receptionist is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude for no apparent reason. One time, the receptionist insisted to set an appointment for Memorial's Day (on which they were closed, but she promised us the office would be open) and then acted like she never booked our appointment for that day when we called to ask what was going on. The receptionist calls several times without leaving a message, then gets a nasty attitude and pretends she doesn't know the reason when you ask her why she called five times in a row. Acts like she can't give you the time of day.
Tells you in person, to your face, that she will reschedule your appointment and simply doesn't. Plays dumb and speaks degradingly. Makes it difficult to even book a single appointment. The experience we've had with this lady is unbelievable in the worst way possible. I'm surprised she hasn't been replaced yet.
It's a shame that we will no longer be going here (the doctors and other staff have always been lovely), but I'd expect better from a somebody in the hospitality field. The only way we would ever return is if Bright Family Dental hires a new receptionist.

The best dentists! The receptionist is so kind, and all the dental procedures are very thorough, and very good. Me teeth are now sparlkigg and gleaming! Thank you!
