II was in need of a good oral surgeon and a dear friend recommended Dr Anju Nellissery to me. Upon arriving at her office she sat very tentatively and listen to my request. After X-rays an a thorough examination, she advised me that a sinus lift was needed prior to the implant . I was so impressed with her knowledge an her expertise regarding this procedure . The surgery went well along with the implant .
I cannot say enough about her gentleness, kindness along with her proficiency. If you are in need of an oral surgeon or a dental implant I highly recommend Dr Anju Nellissery. She is an asset to the Chicopee practice , and her staff is outstanding.

I had a problem tooth that didn’t respond favorably to root canal therapy and over the weekend, became more uncomfortable. Dr. Nellissery went above and beyond to accommodate me, fitting me into her surgery schedule the very next day.
The prompt response, efficiency in dental treatments, and follow-up care showed true professionalism. She showed true competence , and excellent chair side manner all while making me feel very comfortable! Grateful for her and the excellent team of surgical assistants that work alongside her. I received exceptional service and it was a great experience overall! Will definitely refer family and friends to Dr Nellisery!

Worst experience ever!!! Dr Anju Nellissery literally yanked my tooth out knowing I did not have enough Novocain. She was upset because I wasn’t able to go on a 10 day antibiotic and then come in and be sedated for the extraction. She warned me that by not sedating me it would hurt. However, I just had a hip replacement the week before and out of the blue this tooth became infected and needed to be removed immediately so it wouldn’t affect the healing of my hip. As I became overwhelmed with pain and had to have her stop 4 times, she told me it was my fault because I didn’t follow her suggestion to be sedated. She did inject more Novocain as she continued to rip my tooth out.
It cost me $94. 00 to have the tooth pulled. To go the antibiotic/sedative route it would have been over $400. . So… is it a scam to get more money from the insurance company or patient??? Beware !!
