They charged me 500$ for Ora soothe socket it gel which retails for 30$. Labeled it D9630 on the forms. Refused to tell me the name of the “needed” medication prior to my service. This office, the receptionist, the doctor is a scam. They just want to make money. My insurance paid for everything. They will lie and say it’s medically necessary when it’s not! Stay away.

The bag in the picture is the socket gel they charged 500$ for. Doctor forgot to give it to me initially until I called hours later and drove back to get it. Again 30$ medication for 500$. SCAMMERS. I even took a picture of the gel while she was dispensing it as you can see for yourself below.
