I started having intermittent pain & sensitive and a co-worker recommend Bonita Grande Dental. I called and was given an appointment right away. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The facility is modern and well-maintained, and Dr Gostigian was very thorough and honest in his exam, took the time to explain his findings, discuss options, and answer any questions. I highly recommend the practice and look forward to returning.

I can’t say enough about the dentist office. They’re not trying to sell you everything they’re just doing the work that needs to be done Stacy is amazing. She’s communicative. She’s kind and I definitely would consider them my Dentist. I will continue to see them

Was very happy with this office until this morning. My family and I are established patients. I called to make an appointment for my son who is experiencing significant dental pain. I was told by Cassie that they can’t see him for a week! I don’t think that is realistic for dental problem that is acute. When I asked her is if this was the norm she told me the doctor just returned from vacation and he was double booked. I asked if we should find another dentist and she said if his pain is that bad then yes you should find another dentist.

I can’t believe this is acceptable by the dentist but she wasn’t willing to even ask! Sometimes the office staff loses your patients for you. So I’m looking for another dentist I guess. Not gonna keep seeing a dentist that won’t see you when you have a potential problem. If we wait a week he could lose his tooth. Awful customer service.

Really was liking this dental office. However yesterday I called as my son has had a toothache for several days and needed to be seen. My family are established patients. Cassie told me they can’t see him for a week! I asked what we should do as he was in acute pain and needed to be seen. I asked if I needed to find another dentist and she told me yes if he needed to be seen before next week we should seek care elsewhere. Not sure the dentist would agree with this but she was not inclined to ask him even when I asked her if it was normal to have an established patient seek treatment elsewhere.

She told me Dr. Gostgian was just coming back from vacation- he was double booked and we could not have an appt. So we’re finding another dentist. I thought the reason for having an established dentist was so you had somewhere to seek care when needed. Not what I expected from this office.
