Not only the best dentist I've dealt with but the staff is absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. The appointments are always on time which is a plus in this world. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking good Dental care.

Dentist Michael Rea initially seems pleasant but the reality is very different: he is the least caring, most sadistic dentist I have ever encountered. Prior to my first appointment I was very clear that my spinal injuries make it extremely painful for me to be in a dental chair for extended periods and yet he kept me there for 1 hour, 14 minutes when it was obvious I was in increasing agony. I could hardly walk by the end of the appointment, and it took hours for me to feel comfortable again. After this first instance of his completely dismissing my concerns and injuries, I stupidly gave him one more chance, again reiterating that I could not do long periods in his chair: 50 minutes later he was still at it, and my pain levels were getting severe. At that point I had to order him to stop as I had to get out of the chair.

Thus on multiple occasions I reminded him of my spinal issues, and on multiple occasions he completely ignored this and did what he felt like doing, and the patient’s misery be damned. Rea makes a big show of how Christian he is, but he is totally incapable of that most basic of all Christ’s teachings, i. e. compassion – the man has none at all. It is hard to know whether he enjoyed seeing me in pain or simply didn’t care.

On the (only) plus side, the receptionist is friendly and comes across as kind. As far as the dentist, unless you enjoy being treated like you do not matter by someone without a shred of empathy, you should avoid this place at all costs.

Dr Rea is the BEST! Cannot say enough good things about this dental office. Everyone is so kind, caring and compassionate. Never thought I would be writing that I enjoy going to the dentist but I really do!
