Dr. Thomas R. Blake, DDS, leads Blake Aesthetics, a well-established dental clinic located at 2409 Fairoak Dr, Fort Wayne, IN 46809. He is also a co-founder of Sonrisas Siempre, a non-profit organization that annually travels to Honduras to provide dental care to orphans and the poor.
