I started seeing Dr. Bilodeau several years ago after he was recommended by an associate. He seemed okay at the beginning but several things seemed off: 1. Never smiled. 2. Wasn't communicative or overly invested in my dental care. 3. Overlooked major issues.

4. Completed a filling that wasn't acceptable, I went back (at my insistence) and he said it was fine, finally agreed to redo it but by then I had lost all confidence in his practice. 5. Noticed a significant turnover in his staff - which is a major sign of a non-functioning office - not to mention he was rude to a couple of them in front of me. 6. Linda is one of the saving graces of this practice - always nice and accommodating. It pains me to write this - I hope the less than favorable reviews encourage him to take more of an interest in his patients' care and improve office dynamics for a more comfortable patient experience.

Dr Mark Bilodeau is an amazing dentist. Bed or chair side manners are the best. His staff is so friendly and down to earth. They take the time to get to know everyone and if I am having a rough day they seem to put a smile on my face. Lastly Dr. B.'s care and professionalism is next to none. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. BILODEAU. He removed a brand new crown and then charged me to replace it. I gave him complete records from my dentist up north so he would know what was left to do. He ignored it and just went into my mouth and drilled off the new crown. He was only supposed to do the tooth next to this one. He went ballistic with that drill.

When the insurance company would not pay him for the crown since it had been done just the month before, he called me to pay the difference. I said you need to refund me the $600 deductible I paid you! I have not heard anything from them. Just for the principal of it, I will hire a lawyer deal with him when I go back to Delray. He is greedy. If he removed a brand new crown does that show him to be incompetent as well? I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. BILODEAU.

I like this dentist. Not pushy with procedures, honest, professional, and very frank with what is needed and isn’t. Most of my family have switched over to him because of this. Staff are super friendly and the office runs very well.

I’ve had the same dental hygienist for 5 years and is so good I’ve fallen asleep once or twice. Why are you still reading reviews, just go here and you’ll be happy.
