Worst experience i have ever had. Dr. Hadley was very un professional. Wants cash for copy of x-rays with out giving a return date of picking up x-rays. Had to file a complaint and now i hope i will be able to get help.

This office is very unprofessional. They are not reliable at all. On my very first visit I had to stand outside in the cold and knock on the door for at least 10 min because the door was locked and they were there the entire time. Once inside the DENTIST suggested that I throw my BOTTLED water in the garbage as if I were a child.
I also called at the beginning of December to schedule an appt and the receptionist told me that I had to call bk a whole month later after the new year just to schedule an appt. I called after the new year only to hear another recording saying that they were closed until February 1st! Another whole month! I am very displeased that if I decided to stay with this office I am not able to get 1 appt for months on end.

Dr. Hadley is an amazing dentist and her friendly staff were extremely professional. They helped me in my emergency situation. I am grateful and totally recommend this office for all your local dental health needs. The dentist even shared with me how to travel the world wholesale versus full retail. Thank you Dr. Hadley!!! 😁

Beverly Hadley has a natural condescending way about herself especially towards her patients. Beverly Hadley would benefit from proper etiquette classes and just respecting her clients. She speaks to people like they're children and not adults. Her tone of voice is awful when it comes to giving explanations to adults. Beverly Hadley also locks the door to her office You will be stuck waiting outside until your exact time rolls up, then the doors open.
This can be bad for people who have elderly people with them, or children and they have nowhere to wait safely. Many times people rely on public transportation and I think she misses that point. I can only hope that she starts to run her business as if she cared about her clients wellbeing, instead of focusing on her minor inconveniences. Good luck Beverly, but you lost 2 patients because of your tone of voice and argumentative attitude.
