Please don’t give them your money look around for another dentist I gave you fair warning beware. Did not do anything to my teeth and charged my insurance for a whole cleaning. Scam dentist!

Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. At first I was ecstatic when they were able to get me in almost immediately. . this is relatively unheard of not being a previous patient. After the 90-second "cleaning" they took x-rays and informed me of the cavities that I needed filled. Again they're able to rush me in. I saw the dentist for fillings two days in a row (mind you I know now you're supposed to have a thorough cleaning before having any work like that done. That was completely neglect ed) the fillngs that were done left my teeth fused together needing to come back for another visit to have them separated. That's when they told me that I needed a root canal.

that's a couple weeks to get started with my insurance. After it was approved the doctor tried to tell me that it was in fact not approved and I had to pay out of pocket. $1,100 for the root canal. 1100 for the crown to follow. Luckily my insurance sent me sent ME written approval. I COULD go on and on about the ways that I was misinformed and mistreated. The teeth that he touched are still (a year later) incredibly sensitive leaving that side of my mouth basically useless. I've got NOTICEABLE gaps in my teeth where previously there were none. The root canal tooth ended up "leaking" which led to inner decay that I was unaware of, and now that tooth is too far gone, and has to be removed. Awesome right? There's even more that I could continue on about. .

. But you get it. . . Tbh the whole experience left me feeling very taken advantage of, and violated. I had relatively good teeth before I went there. Anyway. Steer clear. That is all.

It was my first time and the person who did my cleaning only brushed my teeth, she didn't even floss, the doctor checked my gums and in less than a second he said that everything was ready, then the doctor started telling me that I need something to protect my teeth when I sleep, to which I told him that my previous dentist had already for me, so he started telling me about teeth whitening treatments, they don't do their job well and they only look for ways to get money from you, very bad experience, I do not recommend them

I called them to cancelled to photo of my tooth . When I call not too long today while I was on bus one of sectary acting like she knows everything. So I don't appeaicate anyone speaking my insurance for coverages knowing fact she not insurance company everyone case are different as far I know I already make phone calls I was told they do cover root cancals but they wouldn't not cover for crowns . I'm not return here I feel very disrespected and I don't like that at all . That something they need change on they can't not tell their patients oh doesn't cover if they go different locations . I called them myself my insurance told me they want doctor to write a documation but she thinks she knows everything I don't recommend it here .

Today wasn't not good day . Then when I getting photo taken they talkin to me like I'm dumb . Make sure u delete my info bc. I'm not coming back second time . Ever again
