Very awful and horrible experience. I never gave feedback so often. But just giving it to make others aware of red flags before going there. I went there for annual cleaning and discussed about my one cavity only. But he mentioned about 10 cavities. Really? My all other teeth were functioning well. After his cleaning my other molar started hurting within few days. And then I needed treatment for my both upper molars. My bad, I had to go urgently. And could you believe he numb my both sides at once and did filling of about 6 teeth, even non-required ones.
Now red flags are here. 1- He has no additional staff hygiene for cleaning. 2- His equipment was not clean either. 3- He has a TV in his room with loud volume and he looked several times during the treatment. I have never seen such unprofessional thing in my life. 4- He penetrated needle deep into my facial muscles and I wasn’t able to open my mouth and couldn’t eat properly. Also a bruise appeared on my face. Injection even numb my eye. Anyways, I wasn’t able to eat when I tried next day. Because my main problem was still there.
Still, I wasn’t able to chew food because food stuck in my cavities. I again went to him and he filled them again, but my teeth are very sensitive now and my one side filling is gone again. 😞 I wanted to be kind and didn’t wanna write bad comments. But Today I got the bill from insurance. He claimed more than the treatment he gave to me. (5th 🚩)😡. Thanks and be careful. One star is because they were polite to me.
