This dentist was extremely compassionate and very sympathetic to the anxiety I have with dentists. She explained everything. The office staff was friendly. They went over all my insurance and explained any co-pays that I had. Many offices don't even give free toothbrushes, but I got two brushes and floss.
This place rocks and the dentist is great with kids. This is perhaps the best dentist I have visited thus far. The office is immaculate.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Best Image Dental. My call was answered in a timely manner and soon after I was seen for an appointment. I highly recommend Best Image Dental.

If I could give a zero star I would because I was just in the process of looking for a new dentist and gave this place a shot. The first red flag I observed was when the lady returned my call because I did leave a voicemail saying I’m interested and would like to know if they take my insurance and if they’re taking new patients.
The lady returned my call didn’t say hi, tell me what her name was nor did she ask for my name or DOB until when it was time to schedule an appointment even with that she only asked for my name and told me to come with my insurance information and I will also be reminded the day before my appointment. Couple hours later I called back the number that called me to see if I can also try to schedule an appointment for my dad, same thing no hi or anything.
The lady responded in a rude tone saying they were closed and I should call back some other time that other time wasn’t mentioned until I asked when and what time they would be opened before she told me. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but this one I had too because one it’s very unprofessional the way she responded and I can only imagine what the quality of service would be like if I made it to that appointment or if I hadn’t read previous reviews before moving forward!!! Horrible, I didn’t even have to read the reviews before I knew this place was going to be terrible!

I have been going to this office for over 10 years and have had a great experience. The dentist is knowledgable and professional. Furthermore, the office is up to date and very clean. They take a variety of insurance plans so I highly recommend checking them out!
