After my first visit as a consultation I knew I didn’t want this to be my regular dentist. Regardless, in need of a cleaning and fillings, I unfortunately still made an appointment. I called today to voice my concerns to the hygienist and manager, Laurie and Erin, who were both really rude. I didn’t appreciate being continuously interrupted, it was an extremely frustrating conversation and i felt very confused. I had to repeat myself multiple times and still was having trouble communicating with the staff.
One minute I was told i would be charged for a cancellation, and the next i was being forced to cancel due to “covid concerns. ” If you have kids and are looking for a kind dentist i suggest somewhere else, Dr Ekonimos had lots of trouble considering my concerns with fillings and was only focused on my wisdom teeth. I just found a new dentists who took all my concerns at hand and has patient comfort as a priority, clearly something that needs work at this office.

Giving you all 5 stars (edited my original review of 1 star) due to the clinic making things right from a financial standpoint (although my issue was never with the finances). My intent was to not bring you all down. The facility is clean, staff is nice enough, and I do not have issues with the procedure itself. I visited in October 2021 because I was referred by a specialist to have my baby's tongue/lip tie released. As a new mother, I was not sleeping, very on edge, and very upset that I was struggling with my baby's latch.
I felt that the staff was supportive and understanding, however whoever the chief of administrative surgery (I think her name is Sherry?) is, was incredibly condescending, so incredibly rude, just so awful that I was hurt that I was not able to breastfeed and just couldn't shake that feeling, even after already dealing with my own mental battles. After all, I came there to pay for my son's procedure and to get the help he needed. He couldn't even latch onto a bottle nipple properly, so that's why I came. . .
for HELP. And what I got was judged beyond belief. So if you are wanting to come for a tie revision, just know they will do the procedure well, but be prepared for extreme judgement.

best dental group is by far the best place. They are very professional and take care of all your dental needs. They follow up after care to make sure you’re comfortable. I will definitely keep going to them and refer family and friends

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Economos and Dr. Geivelis. They are highly educated and treat their patients like family. Staff is very helpful and answers all my questions when need be. In these changing economic times Best Dental Group continues to uphold their excellent service.
